HP of characters saved as a template gets reset to 60 #51128

Describe the bug

A character which gets exported out to a character template and then used as a preset character for a new one doesn't get their strength-based bonus HP on chargen.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create a new character with Self Aware and 8 STR
  2. Note 84 HP on all limbs
  3. Export the character to a template
  4. Start a new game and note all limbs defaulting to 60 HP

Expected behavior

Bonus HP being applied normally.

Additional context

The only code change on my branch is to monstergenerator.cpp, hence -dirty. This may or may not have led me to slightly undertune a boss.
