Inject failures to verify resilience.

Acceptance:

  • Pod kill (operator, agent, dependencies)
  • Network partition (between operator and Postgres, etc.)
  • Resource exhaustion (CPU/memory throttle)
  • DNS failure
  • Documented expected behavior + recovery
