added features over the last version:

• completion for bash and zsh
• show numerical uid/gid when unresolvable

v0.1.5-1 - open_with hotfix

some bugfixes regarding open_with and filename escaping

v0.1.5 - inbetween release

some big corruption and segfault issues got fixed, so an inbetween v0.1 - v0.2 release was needed. a lot of to-be v0.2 features are in this as well.

improvements over v0.1:

• redo threading model for previews
• no longer (l)stat each item on selection
• fix numerous edgecases causing segfaults
• drop to shell with with t
