This triggers when the high level bridge changes color. If you want to get nitty gritty, we use this RSS feed to monitor when tweets are sent out. For a more visual representation, see here.

We currently send the following ingredients:

Ingredient	Description
EventTitle	The title of the event
EventDescription	The content of the Tweet
ColorDescription	Human readable description of the colors
CreatedAt	When the Tweet was first noticed
Color1	The first bridge color
Color2	The second bridge color
Color3	The third bridge color
Color4	The fourth bridge color

Note that due to a current bug, all of the color fields are currently blank. Track this issue for progress.
