UHF-9914: Adjust group news archive to work with news item card template

UHF-9914

What was done

• News teaser was changed to use card layout so group news archive is slightly adjusted to work with the new news teaser layout.

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running on correct branch.
  • git checkout UHF-9914
  • make fresh
• Checkout correct branch on hdbt:
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-9914
• Run make drush-cr

How to test

• Go to any group news archive (for example https://helfi-kasko.docker.so/fi/kasvatus-ja-koulutus/sibelius-lukio/sibelius-lukion-uutiset) and make sure that the layout looks OK. The previous layout was broken a bit (you can check it here: https://www.hel.fi/fi/kasvatus-ja-koulutus/sibelius-lukio/sibelius-lukion-uutiset) so now the whole layout is limited to max 860px wide, not just the teaser and each news card should be using the card layout.
