426 Upgrade of database required #4487
Comments
I'm afraid we don't test with windows, also windows 7 is out of support by Microsoft. |

This is a new install. I have dropped the DB several times and even
reloaded PHP, mysql, Apache. When it loads for the firsttime it will go
thru the checklist. every item will be ticked Okay but thereafter the 426
Upgrade message comes up.

1. Is this a new install or an upgrade? and from what version.
2. if you have a backup of your previous version, RESET your CCRM
instance : go to phpmyadmin, drop and create a new database for CCRM
3. browse to CCRM page, the default installation database will be
loaded
4. use the admin links on the left to restore your database

Hi, Upgrade Required I am working on ubuntu desktop 64 bit. How can resolve this? |
@boluak - FYI this is happening on the public demo page as well. |
@green-arrow it doesn't seem to be happening on the demo page currently. @tru247 and @Gosena did you download the official release package from https://github.com/ChurchCRM/CRM/releases/tag/3.0.10 ? There is an unofficial developer build that might get you into an unsupported situation on the bottom of the demo page. |
At http://churchcrm/SystemDBUpdate.php, I get blue page with 426 Upgrade Required
Current DB Version:
Current Software Version: 3.0.10 (ChurchCRM)
Windows 7 64 Bit
Xamppr Version 7.1.9 win32 - VC14 installer
Apache Version: (as in Xampp above)
PHP Version: (as in Xampp above)
Server Software: Apache (as in Xampp above)
Port defined for Apache: 8082
MySQL Version: (as in xampp) - Port defined for MySQL: 3306
I have loaded several times (4 at leat) on Port 80 - I get stuck at the same point.
