[BUG] Payment option not working in Forms

Description

When I build the form I can add the payment option and it looks like it is in the form but when I put the form on a webpage the payment option does not show up.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to settings, then to forms. Build a stand alone form. Put the payment option in the form. Go to a webpage and insert the form.
