Can't edit images within Rows element [BUG]

Description

When trying to edit an image or text within the Rows element you can't access the image or text that needs to be edited. It will only open the Rows element.

Steps to Reproduce

In the website builder, drop a Rows element on a page. Drop an image or text element in one of the rows. Now click on the image or text to edit it. The Rows element editor will pop up with no way to edit the image or text.

I re-opened this issue because I recieved a call from Lakeside Christian Church. They are still having this issue and I checked on Tyro Christian Church site and the same problem persists.
