request hung in que for rechecking

Describe the bug
Container runs and allows to build for reservation watches; however, it only ques them and does not appear to actually check these requests. I am not sure if it is an issues building out the requests as it appears to get hung up loading the restaurants when looking at the logs. See Below:

@viajb - How are you exposing those logs? I'm trying to replicate it in my local environment to help debug.

I'm experiencing the same issue with my local environment.

@kingstonlee - Selecting the container name in docker desktop brings up the logs for me.

This is possibly a issue on the WDW side as i tested 0.2.8 and 0.2.9 and both of them seem to have the same issue. I checked it with a fresh install too. I have not had a chance to dig deeper into it yet.
