wget2-PHA

Making wget2 work with OpenSSL, WolfSSL, BoringSSL and so on.

To be able to use SSL/TLS in wget2, you need to have GNUTLS. Although there is the option to use OpenSSL but SSL/TLS does not get enabled. So I want to see if you can use something other than GNUTLS in order to do much more things with wget2. Unfortunetly for now I don't really have much to show other than the readme file but maybe in the future I will finish it.
