Exception handling for empty fooof object #1
Description
If the error of the null model fit fooof_results.error in fooof.m is empty, the fooof function terminates and does not throw any warning. This happens if the model fit fails.

Fooof function breaks.
Expected behavior / Suggestion
- provide warning if model fit fails
- return current object
