Add to Playlist While Uploading

Describe the problem to be solved
When uploading a video to Peertube, it would be nice if playlist could be selected within the upload form. Currently, video has to be added and then go to video page and save it to a playlist. Would expedite upload process or forgetting to add to playlist.

Describe the solution you would like:
Simple dropdown box with playlist options tied to channel during upload form.

Let us know about other solutions you have tried or researched.
Right now only other solution is to go to video page and add.

I remember having difficulties with the logic of the SelectPlaylistsComponent. It's been quite a while since I've touched that code though, so I don't remember if it was working or not.
As usual, I may or may not have time to dig back into this in the following weeks - school and stuff... ^^'
