WB32FQ95 does not boot in tickless mode #408

If I set CH_CFG_ST_TIMEDELTA from 0 to 2 to enable OSAL_ST_MODE_FREERUNNING board does not boot.
I can see code for OSAL_ST_MODE_FREERUNNING but it does not work as the result.
Please fix!
