Fixes #175.

This is a breaking change, and thus after this PR is merged, the next release of this package will need to be a breaking release, e.g. 4.0.0.

… a new `AzManagers.addprocs_azure` function instead

Thanks very much for this PR. I definitely understands the need for it, but I’m hesitant to break the API. Give me a bit of time to give this some thought. Thanks
