Dud in ns 1.1 you can set it per player and maybe the guy i want a baby from (chess/rebel) will implement it

But, You need to give me more reasonable, understandable list of feature.

I guess he wants that Factions (can) have "Start"-Attributes, like for CP-RCT, Dunno, Speed: x Points; Strength: x Points.

And then for Dunno 02/01: Speed: 4 Points, Strength: 5 Points.
So you are not a underpowered unit if you get Promoted from.. RCT to DvL or something related.

i mean if default stat point is 20 but if make civil protection then has 40 start point

Added shared GetMaxAttribPoints(client, data) hook that can return a number for the maximum. For factions.

For example:

function SCHEMA:GetMaxAttribPoints(client, data)
    if (data.faction == FACTION_CP) then
        return nut.config.get("maxAttribs") + 10
    end
end
