successful Assassination + failed Contessa bluff

We had a situation where Player 1 assassinated another Player 2. Player 2 claimed Contessa to block. Player 1 challenged Player 2's Contessa claim. Player 2 did not have a Contessa and lost 1 influence card. Player 2 should have lost both cards -- one due to successful assassination, and the other due to losing the challenge. Thanks!

@jakibbe - not sure if you still play Coup, but I made my own version of the game. I believe this repo is abandoned, but I have added this case to the tests in my repo so it shouldn't be an issue in my version. Feel free to post issues over there if you find any bugs.
