Small script to convert all files in the old "wide" .tsv format into the new "tall" format

How to use:

1. Copy + Paste both the convert_data.py and run_conversion.bat files into your FS Filter-Lab/data folder.
2. Click run_conversion.bat
3. Console opens, wait for all files to be processed
4. Close once finished
