Scope

Sidebar, Top Bar, and Global Layout

Description

Updated the UI to match the new Figma designs.

  • Sidebar: Implemented new vertical design with 'Vince' profile stub and active state logic.
  • Top Bar: Added new TopBar component with 'Request Help' and 'Donate' buttons.
  • Layout: Fixed flexbox layout so the sidebar stays pinned while content scrolls.
