Hi,
This PR may look larger than expected because the existing code was not properly formatted, and I ran the formatter on it.
In terms of actual changes, I added the getFeaturedResources API, created seed data to populate external URLs for featured resources since they were not previously available in the database, and updated the dashboard to fetch and display these resources with a horizontal scroll on the frontend.
Please let me know if you’d like any changes or if this looks good.
