Feat: Add el-GR translation
Description:
A new el-GR.json file has been added to backend/chainlit/translations/ to provide Greek language support for the user interface. This improves the user experience for Greek-speaking users.
This feature was inspired by the recent french translation added by @Starland9 in #2308 .
