got this error during devnet

Expected behavior

• need to check for undefined dataColumnSidecar or while ( (dataColumnSidecar = allDataColumnSidecars[dataColumnSideCarIndex])?.signedBlockHeader.message.slot === block.data.message.slot
• need to add unit test for it
