add renounceAdmin function for feeHandlers #584
Description
Currently admin of FeeHandler is set with msg.sender of deployer.
It is possible that we will need to be able to change admin in future (like making different partners be responsible for their own FeeHandler)
Implementation details
add renounceAdmin that changes current admin to the new one
Testing details
Acceptance Criteria
[] renounceAdmin function added to all existing feeHandlers
[] unit tests added
