v4.0.3 までは bin/harness-{darwin-arm64,darwin-amd64,linux-amd64} が .gitignore で
untrack されており、GitHub Release assets にだけバイナリを配置していた。しかし
Claude Code の marketplace 配布は git clone ベースで動くため、Release assets は
届かず、linux-amd64 (WSL2) / darwin-arm64 ユーザーで Go hook engine 本体が
存在しない状態だった (#75, #76)。
直前の df1780f で shim のフェイル挙動は修正したが、エンジン自体が無いので
ガードレールは効いていなかった。本コミットでバイナリ 3 プラットフォーム分を
tracked として同梱し、どの配布経路でも即座に稼働する状態にする。
- bin/harness-{darwin-arm64,darwin-amd64,linux-amd64} を tracked に変更（計 ~32MB）
- .gitignore / bin/.gitignore から bin/harness-* 除外を解除
- harness-{native,.exe} などの local-only 成果物は引き続き ignore
- VERSION / plugin.json / harness.toml を 4.0.4 に同期
- CHANGELOG に [4.0.4] を昇格、配布正常化 + shim fix + gitattributes + release 分割を集約
