Check overwriting of dynamic reference by session/window names #4

Realized with #1.
I think that the dynamic reference of session:window.pane will be overwritten by their names, in fact, if you choose fzf/popup, there is no longer such a thing as the dynamic reference.
This was accidentally introduced with the extension of the original plugin.
- Add dynamic reference option for fzf/popup
- Do not overwrite dynamic reference by corresponding names
