Prepare for proper OSS maintenance

• Write good README file so that contributors can get started quickly
• Define issue templates
• Add code of conduct
• Add some visuals to make the README more appealing on first start
• Fix unit tests
• Add unit tests to CI, add test coverage output to CI
• Build storybook and deploy as well
• Add Plasticalypse slides from Hackathon (in Wiki e.g.)
• Create some milestones and issues what to do next
