Reloading configuration from file on live server

Is there any command that can reload MusterCull’s config from file, without stopping the server?

This is a bit of a planned feature. Right now I don't seem to be using
bukkit's configuration code properly and I'm getting ready to just write my
own saver/loader. Once I do that I guarantee this feature.
