It isn't possible to change the profile.
I have 3 profiles on Netflix, only the main profile is working.
An error message is shown if another profile is choosen.

Yes. I have this issue, too. It seems that they changed the API.
If you change plugin.video.netflix\resources\lib\services\nfsession\session\endpoints.py Line 81 from /api/shakti/mre/profiles/switch to /nq/website/memberapi/release/profiles/switch you can change the profile one time after a fresh Kodi start, after ist gives errors again. Maybe a fresh cookie are needed ore some other tokens ore new request headers. I don't know.

Disable your Netflix profile PIN (not a good solution! - but it works)
Reset your ESN in "expert settings" (if error still occurs)

I can confirm that this works as a temporary solution. I.e. changing address of the activate_profile endpoint from this:

I did get an error the first time starting the addon after each reboot, but on the second time starting the addon in the same reboot cycle, it went into the selected profile.
I also tried to change 'add_auth_url': None to 'add_auth_url': 'to_params' and 'add_auth_url': 'to_data', but that still resulted in an error.

I see the same bug on LibreElec 12.0.2 and Kodi 21.2.

The proposed workaround didn't work for me either. I also tried resetting my ESN in expert settings, as suggested a few posts above, and that didn't work either.

But it gets worse: now, when I try playing a video in the only profile I can access, I get: 'MSLError: The title is not available to watch instantly'. Could any of the attempts to solve the profile switching issue have provoked this? Any idea on how to solve? At this point I'd be happy to go back to having just one working profile which can play videos.

I am having the same issue. My log file doesn't show anything additional. The only additional information I have is that switching profiles in the web browser also generates a 'Something went wrong' message for a couple of seconds before actually switching profile.

Indeed, I've also experienced what ddceca wrote.

Here's my story.
I wasn't able to watch anything on Netflix due to the MSLerror - This title is not available to watch instantly issue #1737.
That was on:

• Raspberry Pi 4
• LibreELEC 12.0.2
• Kodi 21.2
• Netflix 1.23.5
• InputStream Helper 0.8.5
• InputStream Adaptive 21.5.18.1
• Widevine CDM 4.10.2662.3
  I've tried many times to logout, create new NFAuthentication.key, reinstall all of the addons above, reset ESN. Nothing helped.

I've formatted the micro SD card and put a new version of LibreELEC:

• LibreELEC - 12.2.1
• Kodi 21.3
• everything else in the same version as above
  The problem persisted.

So after a clean installation, the issue didn't go away. Then I've tried changing profiles, and I couldn't due to the "HTTPError: 404 Client Error: Not Found for url (...)". Then I've created a new NFAuthentication.key and tried choosing another profile - it worked. Now check this out - I've tried playing a movie and it worked! I've tried changing the profile again - but got the 404 error. I went back to the profile that worked a minute ago and I was not able to play the movie anymore - "MSLerror - This title is not available to watch instantly".

Now whatever I do (including recreating NFAuthentication.key), both of the profiles are broken.

So it seems like the action of changing a profile (and failing) might also be causing the issue of not being able to play movies. The weird part is that the problem persists even after a clean install of the whole operating system... as if it was written somewhere on Netflix servers.
