Evaluation page pagination

Today the evaluations page is kinda long...

I'm considering having multiple evaluations on each line, however I'd still like to paginate the list across multiple pages.

This is the current evaluations page: src/pages/evaluations.astro

For those unfamiliar with pagination, it's where a list of records is split up over many pages:

I like the idea of simplifying it, but I think this might potentially add a bit of complexity for users.

Currently, we can just ctrl+f and search for the year to easily find the test we want.

If we added pagination, I feel as if it would be harder to find a test since you'd need to take an educated guess which page your test is on. If it's on the wrong page, you need to go forward or backward.

Originally, I was going to suggest horizontal sliding instead of vertical scrolling, but that's just replacing one hassle with another

In my opinion, I think it would be better if we further subdivided evaluations by their year. That way, a user can do the following

1. click on evaluations button to get to evaluations page
2. click on 2014
3. click on the 2014 winter midterm
4. hit the back button after they finish 2014 winter midterm
5. be in the 2014 folder and now easily hit the 2014 fall midterm button since there are only 4 options]

TLDR: I think google drive folder format is the best
