This repo is under change control. All changes must be made in a branch from main and reviewed.

Description of Changes

This updates our workflows in preparation for going public.

• Removed the CE proget configuration from the cicd workflow because it is not needed
• Added the step to publish to npmjs.com to the publish workflow.
