This updates dependencies and removes all
npm auditissues.After a bit of research, I opted to remove the old, unsupported airbnb eslint configurations. They were preventing us from updating to current versions of eslint and typescript-eslint. Most of the rules that were defined in the airbnb configs have now been incorporated into eslint.
The goal here is to get this repo ready to be made public. Our VSCode FHIR extension relies on this library, and we can't update that until we make this repo public.
