Using dropbox

Dropbox is the service people tend to use when uploading custom content for pac.
Once you have it installed, enable the public folder: https://www.dropbox.com/enable_public_folder
Put your file in the public folder. Once it's done uploading, right-click on the file and choose "copy public link" from the menu.
