Random PAC 3 models not loading with bad zip signature error in recent gmod update

Hello, so after the recent gmod update, I'm having an issue with PAC 3 where random models aren't loading and giving the bad zip signature error when I have confirmed there's nothing wrong with them. while some models work, some do not. for instance, a mane model for a pony in one case here and a collar accessory on another one. while the player using it can see it, the client who's downloading it cannot. I have done everything in my power to try to trouble shoot. deleting the pac 3 cache, verifying I can access the file in a browser (which I can) and completely doing a fresh reinstall of gmod, and it still gives that error on them. I would appreciate if the devs of this addon could look into it and develop a fix for this before reporting the issue to gmod developers themselves.

Had a similar issue with a Google drive model upload that seemed to stop working one day and displayed the same zip signature error. I recall reuploading the contents as a new zip, but getting the same error. Recently stumbled upon this error again, but managed to get around it by making the contents of the zip <70 MB if I'm not mistaken. Maybe something to do with file size?
