CVE Record: Use Accordion component for displaying JSON & other fixes #375
Description
Use the USWDS Accordion component to hide/show the full JSON 4.0 record.
Bugs:
- missing white space in front and after the NVD cve record link
- broken table styling for first and last blue cell
