Description
We are having trouble with benchmarking our HoMi pipeline. This is a dual transciptomics pipeline, but it includes a benchmarking snakefile that includes the HoMi snakefile within it. We have been able to debug up to a certain rule, but are now having more trouble with the snakemake commands that have to do with a pipeline being nested in a pipeline.
