Description

• What is roughly the scope of the support? Short, medium, or long-term? Simple or complex? One-off or ongoing?

• What kind of project do you have?
  • Packaging of an existing software, helping in the release to PyPI, working with new users to ensure it works, integrate new features in upcoming release.
• Which parts do you need help with? E.g. design, implementation, debugging, automation, testing, maintenance, etc.
  • packaging of software, would be nice to add testing, the current testing is more like a vignette
• What are the requirements? What is the "minimum viable product"? What are the different phases of the project?
  • to release the package on PyPI, ensure it is usable my new users, and teach us how to add new updates to the software
• Does any data you're handling fall under confidential classification? Does your support involve data covered by HIPAA, e.g. protected health information (PHI)?

Workflow

We use github, the package should work for any operating system, we use TensorFlow, python, and Visual Studio

Timeline

It would be great to have the packaging finished in January so users can use it in February. I may hire a research assistant in the very near future and will need them to use the package by the time they start. There isn't a hard and fast time, but if we could figure out a reasonable timeline, this would help me decide when to hire the PRA.

Funding

I have money from a funded R00 to provide funding for ~0.2FTE
