Minor data cleanliness problem:

"Norfolk County, MA",US,2020-03-08T21:13:14,6,0,0,42.1767,-71.1449

v.s.
" Norfolk County, MA",US,2020-03-06T18:33:03,2,0,0,42.1767,-71.1449

I spotted this while exploring the data using https://github.com/simonw/covid-19-datasette - which grabs the daily reports from this repo hourly and publishes them as a SQLite database using my Datasette tool here: https://covid-19.datasettes.com/

I count 8 places total where the " Norfolk County, MA" value shows up: https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19/search?q=norfolk+county&unscoped_q=norfolk+county
