Finished definition of pure braid group, with addition and deletion proofs as well. Used constraints mentioned in the pure braid group paper.
This definition does not provide restriction to the indices of the generators of the group. Work needs to be determine the correctness of this definition
This avoids using trichotomy which requires splitting every constructor into 3^n cases, where n is the number of generators used in the constructor
