panel breaks down on mobile #61

when you open the panel on mobile, it completely breaks down. generally the panel should feature different content on mobile (and possibly tablets, further testing of usability on tablets is required). perhaps a status report page with some link copying/sharing capabilities (sharing the link of the instance and the panel) would be neat.
