Occassionally saved Expression file list does not load on start-up

The file list in ExpressionBuilder sometimes (not repeatable but observed on 
Jenn's laptop, home desktop and CMU desktop - all Win7) doesn't populate 
properly. Check out the attached image. 


(This may be a duplicate issue but I didn't see it)
