Add programming element to allow threads

It would be nice (and probably easy) to have a program element with two "swim 
lanes", similar to the sensor conditional, to allow concurrent program element 
execution.

This gist of this is done. I just need to figure out how exactly to export this to arduino.

This is super exciting @BrandonAPrice this is one of the elements from the 2010/2011 redesign that never got put in.

We even have a icon made for it to match the sensor and count structures from way back when.

Which reminds me, with all of the front end work you are doing, I should really share access to the interface components and source files with you....

I actually saw that icon while I was working and used it in the UI!
