Tom sez:
"I've noticed that the servos don't move past 230 or so (raw value, not
degrees) - maybe it would make sense to cap the maximum servo value to
230? I also noticed values of 240 or greater cause the servo to get a
bit warm and to complain by shaking."
Also make sure to make this change in the Hummingbird code base.
