Installation fails on SSD (An error occurred while preparing the installation)

I cant install Monterey on my new Intenso SATA III Performance SSD (this). Previously on the old HD everything worked. During the installation, I'm always getting an error message and the installation aborts.
Is there a fix?

P.S.
The SSD is detected by the Disk Utility and also partitioning works.

According to the log file the installer has problems to sync the date to the SSD.
Always after "Syncing extracted data to disk" it throws the message in the picture above and then aborts. I would appreciate any ideas.
