Remove Phone and add Submit nodes from Users table #82

Some adjustments to the table on the Users page:

• Remove Phone - we don't collect this information anymore
• Add Submit nodes - this will be helpful and reduce clicks, since RCFs are often looking up which machine the user has access to. If the list is too long to fit in a single cell, add a tool-tip box upon hovering over the cell (similar to how notes show up in projects)
