Update the UI to need a confirmation for all updates

This happened to someone:

The users that were already in the app, I thought I had added to learn by hand but I never actually hit "Save" on their pages after adding them

I believe it is because some forms need to hit save to publish to the db, others work automatically. Lets coalesce into always asking to save.

Couple of ideas:

Float the "Save" button so that it's always visible
Float a toast notification at the top of the page (well, on top of the visible area) when there are unsaved changes
Save anything that involves a button click after entering? Less sure about this... maybe at least make this consistent across pages
