Bloviator类似天境的西风啸云，通过吹风来吹走目标，雷暴时会变成可以发射静电攻击的云（一定程度上也参考了天境）

作者在cf页面给bloviator整了个假学名，Cloudus annoyi，结果中有部分参考了这个名字

目前有：吐气云（官译）、怒卷云、恼云、怒啸云、恼啸云
