That's actually just a slightly different version of what's in tpv-shared. I didn't want to repeat the same code just to specify different scheduling and context. In theory, I just need to access the latest value of mem and compare it to our max_mem (185 GB). But I didn't get valuable answer on matrix's tpv channel. |

Kraken2 has quite a big database in CVMFS's data.galaxproject.org, and for this it also needs a lot of memory.
