- Introduced `VlanStats` structure to collect per-VLAN statistics. - Extended `ParserStats` to include VLAN stats and histogram data. - Enhanced telemetry support in `InputPlugin`: - Registers detailed per-VLAN stats and histograms. - Aggregates per-VLAN stats across queues into summary and pipeline dirs.
