Implement and document parsing of libnf field with IP bits

Current STAT_DELIM is the same delimiter (slash) as the one used for separating libnf fields and used IPv4/IPv6 bits, which makes impossible to parse it using -s option. Solve it (by changing the delimiter) and mention this in the documentation.
