Create TtC glossary #133

Text to code is a pretty data science heavy product with a lot of overloaded words. This can create barriers when interacting with teammates internally, as well as with external stakeholders if our diction isn't precise and clear. The scope and purpose of this ticket is to create a glossary of common terms that crop up when discussing TtC, our product solution, the problem, and the data science of analyzing how we're doing.
