New changes for Aspen 10 support, including updated license.

@anujad95 and @jmorgan29, this is from the zip file you mailed to me. I made a few more little changes:

• Renaming CCSIMEAModel_V10.bkp so that it doesn't have a _V10 in it. There's no need to put version numbers in the names of files when we are using git for version control. If someone wants to go back and read the old version of the docs, it's still there under the old release tag.
• Updated the word doc with the above renaming, and your comments in the file.
• Updated the license with LANL's new management: TRAID (both in the word doc and in the LICENSE.md file)
• Regenerated the .pdf version of the work doc.

This PR supersedes PR #7 and addresses issues #1 and #6
